Inclusive Workforce Solutions (IWS) helps employers across the Netherlands address hard-to-fill vacancies by finding, preparing, placing, and sustainably retaining motivated talent.
For us, this goes beyond recruitment alone. It is about understanding, preparing, connecting, and supporting so that a placement works not only today, but also tomorrow.
Who We Are

IWS was founded by Getenet Tadesse, whose own journey from resettlement to building a new life in the Netherlands forms the foundation of our approach.
After his resettlement in the Netherlands, Getenet rebuilt his life through education, employment, and many years of commitment to supporting newcomers in Friesland.

His background includes, among other things:

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration (University of the People), completed

A master's degree in Human Resource Management at the University of Groningen, currently in the final stage of completion

A Master of Theology from Tyndale Theological Seminary Amsterdam, currently in the final stage of completion
-
An MBO Level 3 diploma in Allround Entrepreneur – Construction and Maintenance, completed
-
Years of work experience as an electrician at various companies in the Netherlands.

13 years of volunteering to support newcomers in Friesland

Volunteering with the Dutch Red Cross during the COVID-19 pandemic, supporting older residents of a nursing home with their care and well-being

Volunteer member of the Migrant Ambassador Advisory Board, organized by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) (2023–2024)

Current volunteer member of the Refugee Resettlement Advisory Group (RRAG), where he works alongside representatives of the Ministry of Justice and Security, UNHCR, VluchtelingenWerk Nederland, and COA to advise on resettlement policy and the sustainable participation of newcomers
These experiences made one thing clear: newcomers need practical, culturally aware guidance, while employers need practical support to build and work successfully with diverse teams. IWS was founded to bridge these two sides.
